Delivery Time
G-Force Performance Chips process 95% of our orders within 24 hours of your purchase, during business days. If an order is placed on the weekend, it will be processed and prepared for shipment on Monday. That is the time it is packaged, labeled, and shipped to your address. We ship our products via UPS, or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on your location. Within the United States of America, typical shipment timeframe is about 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping methods such as Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select services provided through UPS. The pricing of these services is based on your ZIP code, and can be calculated at the time of checkout. For International Orders, please allow 7-14 days for delivery, but that is always pending Customs Clearance of your package which we have no control over.
International Orders
G-Force Performance Chips is an International Company, providing service worldwide. All our vehicles located in our product selection are worldwide, and we welcome buyers from all areas to try our products. An international order is placed the same way a domestic order is placed, through checkout, and with a credit card. Shipping timeframes are located above under “Delivery Time”.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. If you choose to pay via Personal Check, please allow up to 10 days for proper clearing of your payment instrument.
Handling Fee
Our shipping charges include a handling fee of up to 6% of your order to accommodate the always changing prices of freight, materials for packaging, and labor. This is built in to the price for shipping you see, so we have nothing to hide.
Return Policy/14 Day Money-Back Guarantee
G-Force Performance Chips has a 14 day Money-Back Guarantee. If for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with your chip after a succesful installation, simply return your chip back to our address by contacting us, receiving an RA Number, or “Return Authorization Number”, and shipping your chip back for a full refund, less shipping charges which are non-refundable. This 14 day return policy starts from the time this unit is received, not installed.
No returns are accepted without a proper RMA. Any package sent back without an RMA clearly written on the outside of the box, will be denied by our receiving department.
When returning your G-Force Performance Chip, please be certain to send it back a traceable method, preferably UPS so you can follow your tracking number, and ensure it arrives back safely. Remember, you are responsible for the return until it is safely delivered at our facility.
Refused Shipments or Standard Returns on Unused Merchandise
If a customer refuses delivery or chooses to return an unused order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, you will be subject to shipping costs to and from, as well as a 25% restocking fee. If you change your mind about your purchase, or feel you have ordered the wrong model, please accept shipment, contact us as shown above for an RMA, and return the product in that fashion.
Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments are to be covered by UPS insurance, and not our returns process. Please contact us for assistance in filing a UPS claim for a damaged product you may have received. Our packaging and shipment techniques virtually eliminate any damage of our products during shipments, however, in some cases, it can happen in transit.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our staff immediately at your request. As most of our shipments ship within 24 hours, you can request a cancellation, but it does not guarantee a cancellation of your order. As long as we can catch your order before UPS has it, you will not be subject to any shipping charges. If not, you will have to receive your order, and request an RMA as per the terms above, in order to return your unit for a refund or exchange.
Order Error
If you have received an incorrect shipment from GForceChips.com, or our warehouse employees packaged your shipment wrong, or sent the incorrect part, please immediately contact us, and we will send you a return label via email, so you can quickly return that product, and we will immediately expedite the correct unit out to you at our cost. This rarely happens, but we’re humans!
